Sadly, the pubco did not care for any of its history and has now turned this once great pub into yet another one roomed gastro pub. It has a South facing patio to the back of the pub with veranda, overlooking its own large play area which was once a bowling green. Covered external area to rear allowing access, via a ramp from side drive to the double doors opening into the open plan lounge area. Real ale not always available.
